1. General Provisions

These Terms establish the rules for using the Skeltton website and outline the rights and responsibilities of users and Skeltton LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

  • The website provides services electronically, allowing users to select products, customize them, and place orders.
  • Users must be of legal age and provide accurate information during account registration.
  • Intellectual property, including the Skeltton logo, product images, and website content, remains the property of Skeltton. Users may not use them without permission.

2. Account Registration

  • Registration is required to use our services.
  • To register, you must provide:
    • Full name or business name
    • Email address (shop@skeltton.com as contact point)
    • Phone number
    • Billing and shipping address
  • Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and updating information as needed.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that all provided data is accurate and true.

3. Products and Customization

  • Skeltton offers customizable products such as apparel, accessories, and home textiles.
  • Products may include popular brands (Gildan, Bella/Canvas, Stanley/Stella) or fully custom items produced in our facilities.
  • All products are subject to slight variations in color, dimensions, or finish due to printing processes or display differences.
  • Full-print products may feel stiff initially; this resolves after the first wash.
  • Printing uses DTG, sublimation, and full-print technologies.

4. Pricing

  • Total Price: The price shown on the website includes the product and personalization.
  • Shipping: A flat rate of $6.50 is added in the cart.
  • Prices are subject to change; changes only apply to new orders.

5. Payments

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  • Full payment is required before we process and ship orders.
  • Invoices are provided electronically via PDF and are accessible in your account.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping address and product type.
  • Carrier Responsibility: Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect recipient information. Skeltton is not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Lost Packages:
    • If the carrier loses a package, we will resend it at no additional cost once documentation is provided.
    • If delivery issues are caused by incorrect recipient information, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
    • If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers should first check with the carrier. If the package remains missing, contact shop@skeltton.com with the order number.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: Contact us with photos and order details. Approved claims will be handled through replacement or reprint. Refunds are generally not offered for personalized items.

7. Returns and Complaints

  • Personalized products cannot be returned due to their custom nature.
  • Claims can be made in cases of:
    • Printing errors (does not match design)
    • Defective products (manufacturing damage)
    • Missing or incorrect items in the shipment
  • Timeframe for claims:
    • Printing defects or product damage: within 2 weeks of receipt.
    • Lost shipments: within 4 weeks of estimated delivery date.
  • Claim process:
    1. Submit a detailed description with order number and photos of the defect.
    2. Our team reviews and verifies the issue.
    3. Approved claims are resolved with replacement or reprint. Refunds are generally not issued.

8. Account and Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Any unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials is the account holder’s responsibility.
  • Notify us immediately at shop@skeltton.com if you suspect a security breach.

9. Liability

  • Skeltton is not responsible for:
    • Incorrect or outdated information provided by users
    • Delays or issues caused by carriers outside our control
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
    • Damages resulting from improper use of the website or services
  • Total liability for any event is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the state of Michigan, United States.

11. Modifications

  • Skeltton reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to comply with laws, update functionality, or improve services.
  • Users will be notified of changes via email. Changes take effect upon notification.
